Coterie Brings All-Day Dining to Downtown’s Market Square Tower | Eater Houston

"Opening this summer in the Market Square Tower high-rise downtown, this new all-day restaurant is a project from coffee entrepreneurs Sean Marshall (of Fusion Beans and Southside Espresso) and developer Charles Lusk; neither has a traditional full-service restaurant background. The 1,500-square-foot space will be furnished with handmade Italian furniture and decor and centers on a walk-in wine room where diners can tour the wine list before ordering. Service will run all day — including breakfast and late-night — and the menu, which is said to change seasonally, has not yet announced a head chef.
