"Clean Slate, owned by Jason Montigel (who also owns Dennis taco hotspot La Tacodilla), is, thankfully, back from a four-year hiatus. Montigel and executive chef Amanda Kotb use local ingredients to create a six-course tasting menu, which is prepared in front of diners. The menu changes seasonally and features an optional wine pairing. Recent dishes have included scallop crudo with rhubarb and black garlic, hanger steak with pickled ramps, and camembert from Old Chatham Creamery.
