"After the Staples sold their Central District spot to Lan Bun last month, it initially sounded like Bun might rebrand the space as Fusion Bites and Bar, but she told Eater she isn’t planning any changes. Now that she has taken over as owner, Bun says the name, the decor, and the excellent menu — including burgers, tempura vegetables, beer on tap, and milkshakes — will remain the same; she may add a few new dishes eventually but is keeping those ideas under wraps.
