"An acclaimed movie-theater-restaurant chain from Austin is slated to open a 44,000-square-foot, nine-screen venue at 90–114 Stimson St. in the Cass Corridor (near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Woodward Avenue). The project is estimated to cost more than $13 million and will seat roughly 900 people, combining first-run and independent film programming with a robust bar-and-restaurant menu served during screenings.
