New Pop-up Sandwich Sandwich Ready for Its March Debut - Eater Seattle
"Sandwich Sandwich is a pop-up event created by chefs Kayla von Michalofski and Spencer Kuhlman from the Ravenna restaurant Salare. It will debut on March 15 at Laotian restaurant Taurus Ox on Capitol Hill. Initially inspired by family meals made during the pandemic, the pop-up features unique sandwiches such as a bacon-wrapped jalapeno popper grilled cheese and a banh mi twist with nem chua.
