"The Pearl Street Pub and Cellar is housed in one of Boulder’s oldest buildings. Built in the 1870s, its earliest tenants were a barbershop and baths, the Colorado Telephone Company, and then a series of restaurants: The Royal, The Grand, The California, Bunga’s Cellar, Tom Horn’s, Quinn’s, Flaps, and beginning in 1997, the Pearl Street Pub and Cellar. Situated right on Pearl Street’s pedestrian mall, the tiny patio is a great place to people watch, while inside, ephemera chronicling decades of regulars lines the brick walls. Shoot some pool or throw some darts, enjoy some pub food, or just get convivial with the locals over a pint of Guinness." - Rebecca Treon
