"American Beauty is opening a second branch on November 30, 2024, at the Grove, the iconic Los Angeles shopping mall. Like the Venice original, the new American Beauty has a horseshoe-shaped bar that faces an indoor-outdoor patio replete with fire pits and lounge seating. The interior by Frederick Fisher and Partners retains an eclectic modern charm. The menu, spearheaded by co-chefs Elisha Ben-Haim and Evan Hickey, reads less like a typical steakhouse and more like a rustic California Central Coast restaurant.
