"A limited-run Japanese–Italian fusion omakase dinner is launching on the Las Vegas Strip, hosted at Resorts World, running from May 15 through June 14 (Tuesday–Saturday, 5–10 p.m.). Created by executive chef Robbie Felice and Montclair Hospitality Group with guest chef Nicole Brisson joining for the opening, the pop-up evolved from prior iterations in New York City, Miami, Seattle, and Los Angeles.
