"I think the best hack is to eat at Downtown Disney before entering the park, and Céntrico—the lovely outdoor area in the Paseo/Tiendita triplex operated by chef Carlos Gaytán—is a perfect stop: the cochinita pibil tacos are generously portioned pork taken right off Gaytán’s signature dish and come with a tasty roasted tomato and chile salsa; I would’ve wanted a squeeze of lime for a bit more moisture, but otherwise there aren’t better tacos within the Disneyland complex, especially for $21 a plate." - Eater Staff
