"Opening on Dec. 20 on The Linq Promenade, this new 2,500-square-foot French-American bistro features social banquettes, bistro tables and a patio that spills onto the promenade. Executive chef Adil Slassi (formerly of Lavo and Payard Patisserie & Bistro) runs the kitchen while pastry chef Claude Escamilla handles desserts, and U.S. founder Jeremy Decherchi brings the concept from Paris. The menu blends classic French fare with American touches, including surf-and-turf with lobster or shrimp, short ribs bourguignon, cassoulet, lamb shanks, French onion soup and a decadent hangover burger topped with caramelized onion, Swiss cheese, bacon cheese curds and a fried egg on a brioche bun. Weekend brunch (Saturday and Sunday) offers brioche-stuffed French toast, a Liège waffle, lobster Benedict and more, alongside a rotating selection of homemade pastries and desserts. Wines include selections from Domaine la Rouillere (the company’s own vineyard) plus French and American varieties, and the cocktail list reworks French classics. Service covers breakfast, lunch and dinner with extended bar hours on weekends, plus daily happy hour from 3–5 p.m. and a late-night happy hour from 10 p.m. to close." - Susan Stapleton
