"Michelin-starred chefs Ho Chee Boon and Hideki Hiwatashi opened the anticipated Molihua in the Medical Center’s Blossom Hotel. Molihua, which means “jasmine” in Mandarin, brings contemporary Japanese cuisine, dim sum, and sweets to the community. The restaurant’s interior, inspired by the jasmine flower, provides a soothing, contemporary aura, and dishes such as the Japanese A5 wagyu skewer, Aburi nigiri moriawase (grilled, flame-seared sushi), and Molihua grilled duck and rice are among its early standouts." - Brittany Britto Garley, Kayla Stewart
