Salvadorian Restaurant Almost Shut Down by Health Department - Eater Vegas
"Just two points stood between La Pupusa Loka and an immediate shutdown by the Southern Nevada Health District. The Salvadorian restaurant at 1956 E. Charleston Blvd. earned 39 demerits during a routine inspection on Tuesday, April 10. Inspectors found spoiled food, an inadequate number of hand washing facilities, ineffective pest control measures, unposted grade cards, and more. The health department last closed the restaurant in September 2012 with 44 demerits. A and B grades pepper previous inspections dating back to 2010." - Susan Stapleton
