"An ambitious tasting menu-styled restaurant from a team with Michelin-starred backgrounds is moving forward with construction in La Jolla, where the 30-seat Lucien is set to open on Girard Avenue in Spring 2025. The chef Elijah Arizmendi, who has a fast-rising career including stops at Cotogna in San Francisco, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, and the two-Michelin-starred Daniel in New York, will focus on using local ingredients.
