"Chef Lorena Garcia’s Chica at the Venetian has a special brunch featuring Latin American cuisine along with Champagne Mom-osas, a roving cotton candy cart, and bunuelos (fried dough fritters) on Sunday, May 9. Specials include a sweet spring peach salad, roasted Peruvian snapper, and bien me sabe, a coconut cake layered with coconut cream and strawberry hibiscus jam, swirls of coconut, mango, raspberry, and rose petals.
