Poke Austin is Opening a Restaurant in East Austin’s Plaza Saltillo - Eater Austin
"Poke Austin, the casual Sunset Valley spot, is expanding into the Plaza Saltillo development. It’s expected to open in January 2020. The East Austin restaurant will feature the same menu as the original location: poke bowls with the usual array of raw fish options (salmon, ahi tuna, spicy scallops, etc.) or other cooked items (tofu, shrimp, wagyu beef tataki, etc.) atop bases (grains, greens) and a whole bunch of mix-ins, toppings, and dressings. People can either choose from already-set combinations or build their own bowls. The restaurant will also expand its alcoholic offerings, with more taps and options for the new location." - Nadia Chaudhury
