San Antonio’s Jerk Shack Is Opening a Roti Restaurant in Pearl District - Eater Austin
"Caribbean restaurant Mi Roti will be found in Pearl District food hall Bottling Department at 312 Pearl Parkway in San Antonio opening Thursday, July 9. Mi Roti will function as a build-your-own roti stand, with the buttery flatbread folded around savory filling. Rotating protein options will include curry goat, grilled lamb, tikka masala, butter chicken, jerk chicken, sweet potato and chickpea curry, curry shrimp, and stewed lentils with potatoes.
