"Blake's Hard Cider, a Michigan-based beverage brand, is facing a lawsuit from Traffic Jam & Snug for allegedly infringing on the trademark of the 'Traffic Jam' name. Blake’s released a Traffic Jam triple berry-infused hard cider in May, which is available in 18 states. The lawsuit claims that this could deceive consumers into thinking there is an association between the brands.
