"Planned by Tim Niver, Adam Eaton and Laurel Elm for Uptown, the unnamed deli at the former Spill the Wine/Tinto corner of Bryant Avenue South and Lake Street is slated to bring bagels to the neighborhood with a menu that will include bagels, smoked meats, a variety of sandwiches and a full bar; Eaton has already featured his bagels on the brunch menu at Saint Dinette and has long talked about cooking food from his Jewish heritage.
