"Denver-based winery Infinite Monkey Theorem is moving its only Texas winery in Austin from off South Congress at 121 Pickle Road over to the Govalle neighborhood at 702 Shady Lane in 2019. The South Austin winery and taproom will stay open through the month of January 2019, and it is now open reopen in the new East Austin address as of Tuesday, April 30. The new East Austin location, which is more than twice the size of its original Austin one, will allow the winery to focus on making completely Texas wines, expand its Texas offerings, and up its wine production. There will be a tasting room with a lounge and views into the wine production areas, plus outdoor space." - Nadia Chaudhury
