"Opening Monday, July 25, I’m introducing a new sushi restaurant from chef Alvin Dayrit who is known for catering “sushi to the stars” on movie sets; Sensu is located at Town Centre at Trilith and serves sushi and sushi rolls in a dining room and at a sushi bar as well as on a small street-side patio. Dayrit learned rice-cooking techniques, roll construction, and fish filleting early in his career at longtime Miami sushi spot Su-shin Japanese Restaurant, spent the last 15 years catering sushi for film and TV productions, and previously owned Ginza Japanese Sushi in Peachtree City (which has since closed). Sensu also offers a full bar with wine, beer, sake, and cocktails, and its posted hours are Monday–Friday 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m. and 5–9 p.m., and Saturday 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m. and 5–10 p.m." - Beth McKibben
