"The Hat, known for its 'World Famous Pastrami' and established in 1951, is expanding out of Southern California for the first time with a new location in Spring Valley. The restaurant will feature a 4,122-square-foot space with an outdoor patio and drive-thru. Their signature dish includes thinly sliced pastrami on a French roll with mustard and pickle, dipped in house recipe au jus. Other menu items include pastrami dip sandwiches, chili fries, hot dogs, roast beef dips, burgers, cold sandwiches, fries with gravy, onion rings, and chili fries with tomato and pickle.
