Featuring a special ‘Giving Back’ Thanksgiving menu (available through Nov. 30), the prix-fixe experience donates a portion of proceeds to the Pachacútec Culinary Institute, a cooking school in Peru founded by Acurio for underprivileged students. Highlights include pastel de choclo y carne—an aji amarillo and Peruvian corn cake filled with beef; piernita de pavo horneada y locro, a turkey leg marinated in Peruvian spices with squash stew; and pumpkin tres leches.
