Houston’s Hot Chicken to bring a Las Vegas team sports restaurant to the Arts District | Eater Vegas

"Taking over the prominent corner at 1201 S. Main Street, Houston’s Hot Chicken will occupy a 2,464-square-foot sports bar that plans to display signed memorabilia from local athletes and feature decor celebrating Las Vegas teams including the Raiders, Aviators, Aces, Golden Knights, and Lights. The space already has a distinctive curved front entrance, and one section will welcome families while an adult lounge area features its own bar. While no menu or opening date has been revealed, the chain’s Green Valley Parkway outpost in Henderson focuses on sandwiches and tenders prepared with heat levels ranging from zero to “liftoff,” and waivers must be signed by diners attempting the food-challenge chicken spiced to 2 million Scoville Heat Units.
