"Originally opened in April 2022 as a coastal version of Spoon Bar & Kitchen, Outer Reef was seafood-focused but closed in May for a quick interior refresh that should include ample blue agave plants. The relatively straightforward hotel restaurant interior gives way to an expansive outdoor patio looking toward the coast, and most of the staff were retained when the concept was flipped into Knife Modern Steak, including chef Jayro Martinez and sommelier Georgi Stoianov." - Matthew Kang
