"Rocco DiSpirito is back, having joined forces with nightlife impresario Kyky Conille to take over Southampton’s former Blue Mar space in Southampton and to open a sister to the Little Italy’s flagship. Among standouts dishes are paccheri with pesto rosso, heirloom tomatoes and local royal red shrimp; Ora king salmon with cashew cream; and whole herb-roasted baby chicken.
