"The H-Mart outpost of Daeho Kalbijjim & Beef Soup is of course known for its kalbijjim. But those in the know flock here for their varieties of naengmyeon: a popular Korean dish made with chewy buckwheat noodles, served cold in a refreshing, briny broth, and oftentimes topped with thin slices of brisket, cucumber, and a hard-boiled egg. If you like a little heat, go for the bibim naengmyeon — a spicier version of the dish — but get there early in the day, as they often sell out." - Lena Park
