Along with traditional drinks like cortados, cappuccinos, Americanos, and specialty teas, favorites include the hot or cold pistachio cream latte, which is made with a pistachio paste, crushed spices, and a hint of white chocolate, or the Ube Cloud latte, that’s made with an ube brown sugar syrup and topped with a velvety and very purple ube cold foam.
