"Attached to the Uwajimaya grocery store in Beaverton, I know Ramen Ryoma for its no-nonsense shio, shoyu, and miso broths and a juicy chashu pork topping; the restaurant also serves chashu swimming in sweet-and-spicy Japanese-style curry, pan-fried pork gyoza, and kurobuta sausage. Ramen Ryoma started in the Portland area when Yoshinari Ichise opened the first Portland location in 2016 and now operates restaurants in the Portland area, San Diego, and Chile. The Beaverton spot currently carries only one or two sakes." - Eater
