"Inspired by the southwestern coastal town of Amalfi, Italy, the upcoming Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen will launch on November 20 and operate nightly from 4 to 10 p.m. Occupying a generous 8,176-square-foot space at 8245 W. Sahara Avenue near Cimarron Road, the landlocked restaurant cryptically promises that “every seat will highlight an ocean view.” Although a full menu has yet to be shared, diners are promised fresh seafood hand-picked by customers, specialty dishes, and oven-fired pizza. Named for the famed limoncello liqueur of the Amalfi region, the building was bought late last year by Well Done LLC, and Giuseppe Consarino — currently general manager of Il Fornaio at New York-New York — is listed as a manager of the new company." - Bradley Martin
