David Chang and Airbnb Are Holding a Contest to Send Home Cooks to Italy | Eater

"Located at a UNESCO World Heritage site in Pollenzo, this culinary education institution hosts immersive programs that pair home cooks with professional culinary experts to refine treasured family recipes. As part of a high-profile contest, a cohort of the world’s best home cooks will be brought here to learn directly from chefs (including Momofuku founder David Chang and his mother, Sherri) and to explore how home cooking can bridge cultural divides. The experience also includes entrepreneurship training led in collaboration with a major travel platform, teaching participants how to translate their culinary skills into income by pairing cooking with business strategies." - Jaya Saxena
