"Serving swirly ice cream cones with colorful sprinkles, the downtown Detroit walk-up window has been a wonderful departure from the strangeness of 2020, but now that the weather is getting colder I learned it will trade frozen treats for hot broth beginning Sunday, November 1. The broth—prepared in collaboration with Southwest Detroit’s Johnny Noodle King—will be offered through the end of February 2021 in three varieties (pork, chicken, and vegetarian) in 12-ounce cups with a choice of mix-ins such as burnt garlic miso and smoked butter; each cup is priced at $6 and available daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Huddle will also continue to sell pints of soft serve to-go." - Brenna Houck
