It’s been a long process, with a crowdfunding investment campaign beginning back in early 2019 and construction beginning in late 2019, only to get interrupted by the pandemic. Now open, Third Cliff Bakery is serving items like kimchi cheddar croissants, salted peanut butter cookies, Japanese milk bread, and coconut iced coffee.
