"Already preparing to expand to the southeast, The Vikings Boiling Seafood—currently located at Green Valley Town Center II near Green Valley Parkway and Sunset Road in Henderson—is planning a second location at 9770 Las Vegas Boulevard S., behind the South Point, with roughly $265,000 allocated for construction and no estimated debut date revealed. The original space is dominated by a huge, photogenic Viking ship decorated with flags, shields, and an illuminated, carved-dragon prow that doubles as popular booth seating for families, and the restaurant encourages customers to “unleash your inner child” by eating boiled seafood with their hands.
