Bacon-Loving Bar and Restaurant Opens in Downtown on Wednesday - Eater Twin Cities

"The Bacon Social House will open in downtown Minneapolis on Wednesday August 7 with a menu stacked with bacon in all its glory along with other things benefited by a bacon upgrade. The restaurant has two other locations in Colorado. Opening at 6:30 am on weekdays, this massive new space brings a new breakfast option to a part of town that’s a little light on options. Also open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, The Bacon House occupies a 4,200 square foot space next door to Hilton’s new Canopy hotel. Walkable from U.S. Bank Stadium, this first Minnesota outpost has a bar stocked with Minnesota brands like Tattersall, Bauhaus Brew Labs, Surly, DuNord and more. Spyhouse is doing the coffee. Hours are limited at first, with reservations available through Resy and a grand opening event is planned for August 9 through 11." - Joy Summers
