"Miss Pho is the queen of Crown Hill. The “Classic” pho is the more common southern style, with the broth carrying great depth of flavor. The “Pho Ha Noi” introduces new flavors, smoky from wok-sauteed beef shank, with a sprinkling of pickled garlic plus a creamy raw egg yolk.
