"Opening October 3 inside the newly renovated Smith Campus Center, this flagship location serves as the group’s test kitchen and expanded service model for its earlier Fenway and Central Square spots. Led on the culinary side by Pantazis Deligiannis and founded by chef Jody Adams with CEO Eric Papachristos and COO Jonathan Mendez, the menu builds on the chain’s pita wraps and rice plates with new additions like moussaka and grilled pitas topped with choices such as spicy whipped feta, charred eggplant spread, garlic yogurt, Nutella with baklava crumbles, and feta with honey. The expanded offerings also include a mezze bar of small plates, breakfast items like phyllo pies and baklava crisps, a full bar pouring draft Greek cocktails plus beer and wine (matching Central Square’s cocktail service; the Fenway spot serves beer and wine only), and coffee supplied through a partnership with La Colombe.
