"Top Pot cofounder Michael Klebeck has opened a new fried dough enterprise called Half and Half Doughnut Co. in the former Sun Liquor Distillery space on Capitol Hill. The new doughnut shop, which opened last week, bakes its treats on site, using organic Northwest ingredients as much as possible. The menu includes such delicacies as pineapple fritters, Mexican chocolate old fashioned doughnuts, and cinnamon twists. Flavors are expected to change a bit with the seasons." - Megan Hill
