"Truluck’s three course Thanksgiving feast begins with the choice of lobster bisque, Caesar salad, or Sonoma greens salad with spicy pecans, goat cheese, apples, Kalamata olives, and honey vinaigrette. Following is the main course with an herb roasted turkey breast accompanied by parmesan mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, broccoli and rice casserole, giblet gravy, and cranberry apple compote.
