"Peru Criollo, a new restaurant from the father-and-daughter team of William and Diana Hoxsas serving what they describe as “Peruvian soul food,” has opened at Six Corners, replacing Shilas Restaurant, Block Club reports. The menu, prepared by Violetta Luz Caseres, an 80-year-old Peruvian immigrant, includes ceviche, tamales, paella, and daily steak and seafood specials.
