"After several construction and permitting delays, chef Guy Wong — of Ruby Chow’s, Miso Ko, and Ton Ton — opens his new Midtown spot tonight: Big Boss Chinese, housed in the former Chinese Buddha space on 10th Street that was once owned by his mother. Described by Wong as the “more casual little brother” to his Old Fourth Ward restaurant Ruby Chow’s, the menu centers on Chinese American classics paired with beer, wine, sake, and bubble tea.
