"Located in the Centennial Center retail hub, this 4,885-square-foot, 24-hour outpost brings a fusion of Mexican, Brazilian and Asian flavors as part of the brand’s fourth local expansion. The space is divided between a front counter for ordering and a 21+ tavern section with a bar and video gaming aimed at late-night visitors, plus a 550-square-foot outdoor patio for al fresco seating. The menu offers a variety of proteins — including “wild caught fish,” Alaskan flounder, carne asada, carnitas, Cajun chicken, shrimp and tofu — that can be added to tacos, enchiladas, burritos or bowls, alongside sides such as nachos, tacquitos and Baja rolls, as well as salads and a kids’ menu. It sits next to the build-your-own My Pie concept and near Ichi Ramen House, Cinnaholic and Rolled Ice Cream." - Bradley Martin
