"Domaine des Pierrettes was founded in the 19th century and has made high-quality sauvignon blanc on over 60 acres of land ever since. They’ve been working since 2018 to make the vineyard more sustainable and promote biodiversity with beehives and recently obtained a High Environmental Value certification. The winemakers like to experiment, from an off-dry sauvignon blanc to wines made without sulfur, or “Sine Sulfuris,” to their “Origin” cuvée made from Côt, or Malbec. The winery is open year-round, including every day in the summer. It also hosts events, from an open-air market to summer concerts with food trucks and wine tastings." - Lee Musho
