"An outdoor ice rink is opening in Oakland for the first time this holiday season, debuting December 14 at 6:30 p.m. and running through Sunday, January 6 at the corner of 9th and Washington in Old Oakland; the rink will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will feature a full slate of drinks and food from nearby Benchmark Oakland during its run." - Janelle Bitker
