"Recently purchased by showrunner Taylor Sheridan and partners David Glasser and Dan Schryer, with Marti Taylor and Larry Heppe remaining as part-owners, this Fort Worth Stockyards steakhouse plans to preserve its cowboy-decor atmosphere and the core essence of its menu while undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation. The ongoing project will add new dining, bar, and event spaces, an outdoor patio and live-music stage, and more than 20,000 square feet of new space; renovations are expected to be completed in summer 2025. Steaks from cattle raised on Sheridan’s Weatherford-based ranch are already being served in the restaurant and sold to other local businesses. The operation will also introduce an on-site private members’ club accessible via a private elevator, with limited individual memberships ($3,000 plus a $1,000 one-time initiation) and corporate packages (starting at $9,000 annually plus a $1,000 initiation and $2,000 for each additional membership), offering priority reservations, VIP access to live performances, exclusive spirits, a boardroom for meetings and events, and invitations to special on- and off-site events; interested applicants can apply for membership online." - Courtney E.
