"Signage at the former Fat Dumpling location on Spring Mountain Road announces a Southern California tea-and-coffee chain's first Nevada outpost opening soon at The Center at Spring Mountain, a short distance west of Lee's Sandwiches. Often nicknamed the "Asian Starbucks," the brand's "leaves" refer to seven business partners (including four brothers), and the owners plan rapid expansion — 16 West Coast cafes by year-end and 200 stores over the next decade. The compact menu centers on Vietnamese, house special, and black "sea cream" coffees, alongside about a dozen teas (herbal, jasmine, taro milk, Japanese matcha, strawberry hibiscus) with add-ons such as honey boba, aloe vera, and grass jelly. The cafe also offers ten individual macaron flavors, including salted caramel, rose water, Earl Gray, and banana creme pie. Planned hours are weekdays 7 a.m.–11 p.m. (midnight on Friday) and weekends 8 a.m.–11 p.m." - Bradley Martin
