"An elegant neighborhood cocktail lounge that replaces the former sports bar Gasser with a neutral, refined interior—cushioned banquettes, soft lighting, and mahogany bar accents—created by South Bay restaurant veterans. The beverage program includes five local craft beers on tap at about $8 each, a curated wine list offered in six- or nine-ounce pours, and a focused cocktail menu highlighted by a pear 75 (vodka, prosecco, pear juice, agave, lemon twist). Longtime restaurateurs Tim Foley and John Kaufman partnered with Jocelyn Kaylene (formerly beverage director at Truxton’s American Bistro) and bartender Jonathan Dahl (previously at The Whaler and Darren’s Bar) to launch the spot. Hours are Monday–Wednesday 5 p.m.–midnight, Thursday–Saturday 5 p.m.–2 a.m., and Sunday 9 a.m.–midnight." - Mona Holmes
