"Located in Paoli on the eastern edge of Wisconsin’s Driftless region, the property combines the state’s smallest on-site creamery run by award-winning cheesemaker Anna Landmark with a recently restored eight-room inn and the restaurant Little Cloud, which hosts visiting James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-star talent (this summer Iron Chef Jose Garces will appear). Co-owner Nic Mink notes, "Chefs have access to local farm ingredients and lots of butter, straight from the churn."
