"Just outside Atlanta in historic downtown Duluth, I discovered Crave Pie Studio, founded in 2010 by self‑proclaimed “pievangelist” Briana Carson to showcase seasonal fruit pies and Georgia’s famed peaches and pecans. I loved the Classic Peach and Peach Crumb when peaches are in season, along with Dutch Apple, Strawberry Rhubarb, and year-round signatures like Chocolate Bourbon Pecan and award-winning Maple Pecan; the shop also offers savory quiche and pot pies and miniature 3-to-5-inch dessert pies that are tiny works of art." - Veronica Stoddart
