"Tucked into a side street, Catch 27, evokes the feeling of being in a secluded enclave surrounded by tropical foliage away from tourist traffic. The shrimp cocktail brings me back to childhood when it was a luxury item reserved for once-a-year dinners out, except served with a side of the best cocktail sauce I’ve ever tasted, infused with datil peppers.
