"Tucked into a tiny cubby inside an arts-and-gallery courtyard in San Miguel de Allende, this intimate tasting room seats only five to six people and was opened in 2016 to showcase a dedication to Mexican craftsmanship. The co-founder and CEO Bertha González Nieves often tends the bar, guiding guests through focused pours — from a crisp blanco to a vanilla-laden Añejo Barrel Blend and the signature joven sipping expression — while encouraging conversation and questions.
